Allows full free text searching and filtering so brand ambassadors can quickly locate the customer’s products

Third Party Recommendation Engine
Confer With can link to a brand and retailer’s existing recommendation engine, if required, to further enhance the alternatives and add-ons shown to a brand ambassador
Built in Analytics Dashboard
Brand ambassadors can now see their key statistics within the Expert UI, ensuring data is at their fingertips
Increased Call Initiation Information
Brand ambassadors will now be informed of the website the call is being initiated from. This is to support the brand ambassadors that have multiple stores configured
Brand ambassadors now have their own profile pages and can share calls to action via social channels. This can trigger calls in the platform.
