Our integrations give Expert’s access to the full product inventory, inside the video call, fuelling a powerful sales tool to boost conversions and average order value. Retail Experts can up-sell and cross-sell products in a buy flow, closely replicating in-store conversations, online. They can demonstrate products within the call, real-time and synchronised between both parties, whilst we perform inventory checks to ensure items are shoppable. They can work from many locations, across many devices (phones, tablets, laptops etc) – instore, contact centres, from home etc., providing a new scalable sales channel maximising a retailer’s resources.
Confer With places emphasis on collaboration between the customer and retailer. Whilst the Expert can share alternative products and cross-sell items, both parties can interact with images or assets shared on the screen. The customer can take control and add items to their shared virtual basket, meaning nothing ever comes across as a “hard sell”. Confer With encourages a neutral conversation where the customer is educated before making a purchase in confidence.
