If you have denied permissions, and would like to reset them in order for the brand ambassador to see and/or hear you, please follow the instructions on resetting permissions below:
Locate and Click the Lock Icon
Look at the left side of the address bar, where you will see a lock icon. Click on this lock icon to open a dropdown menu containing various permission settings.


Press “Reset Permissions” Button
Click on the “Reset permissions” button within the dropdown menu. This will revert the camera and microphone permissions to their default settings for the selected website.
Press “Reset Permissions” Button
Click on the “Permissions” button within the dropdown menu. Then Select “Reset permissions” at the bottom, and tap “Reset” on the pop up.
This will revert the camera and microphone permissions to their default settings for the selected website.




Reload the Page
Reload the page for the changes to take effect. You can do this by closing the dropdown menu, and pressing the reload icon near the address bar or by pressing F5
on your keyboard.

Click on video shopping widget to start again
You can now start a video call. The screen will prompt you to allow access to your camera and microphone once more, which you now can press “Allow” on.
